About the Role
Dixie Hills Baptist Church in Bolivar, TN is prayerfully seeking its next full-time Senior Pastor to provide biblical leadership, lead our congregation, and guide the church in fulfilling the Great Commission.
The successful candidate must affirm the Baptist Faith & Message 2000 and be in agreement with our church’s Constitution and Covenant. Our church holds a traditional understanding of salvation, affirming both God’s sovereignty and man’s responsibility to respond freely to reject or accept the gospel. We are seeking a pastor whose preaching and teaching reflect these convictions.
Requirements
- Ordained within the Southern Baptist tradition
- Affirmation of the Baptist Faith & Message 2000
- Agreement with the church’s Constitution and Covenant

- Preaching and teaching God’s word
- Discipleship and pastoral care
- Community engagement and outreach ministries
- Equipping the church for ministry
