Are you ready to embark on a career that truly affects people around the world? Trulioo invites you to be a catalyst for change in the dynamic realm of digital identity verification. As the global front-runner in our industry, we are redefining how businesses grow, innovate, and comply online. Picture yourself at the forefront of innovation, contributing to our award-winning platform that enables organizations worldwide to quickly onboard customers, optimize costs, and combat fraud.

About the role

We're hiring a Senior Partner Success Manager to own every aspect of account management for the partners who resell Trulioo's identity verification solutions. You will be the primary account manager and trusted advisor for a portfolio of reseller partners in North America, accountable for the full lifecycle of those relationships — pipeline, enablement, co-selling, expansion, technical alignment, and growth. This is a success-led, relationship-driven role focused on deepening and growing the partnerships we already have rather than recruiting net-new partners. Your core mandate is growth: you will carry a small year-over-year net-new revenue target across your portfolio.

This role is expected to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and continuously optimize how work is performed. This will be a full-time, permanent position working remotely out of North America, with a preference for U.S.-based applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Own the partner relationship end to end. Serve as the dedicated account manager and single point of contact for a portfolio of active reseller partners, responsible for all aspects of account management across their commercial, technical, and executive teams.
  • Own a net-new growth target. Carry a year-over-year revenue growth number across your portfolio; drive each partner to grow their Trulioo revenue over the prior year and be accountable for hitting that expansion target.
  • Build and review pipeline. Partner with each reseller to build, review, and progress their Trulioo pipeline; run regular pipeline reviews to inspect deals, remove blockers, and hold forecast accountability.
  • Train partner sales teams. Deliver onboarding and ongoing sales enablement so partner reps can confidently position, pitch, and sell Trulioo's KYC, KYB, and AML solutions to their customers.
  • Co-sell alongside partners. Join partner reps in front of their prospects and customers to help position Trulioo, advance opportunities, and close deals.
  • Upsell into the existing base. Identify and drive opportunities to upsell partners' existing clients onto net-new Trulioo products and capabilities.
  • Run QBRs and business reviews. Lead recurring and executive business reviews that reinforce value, review performance against plan, surface opportunities, and strengthen the relationship.
  • Partner with Technical Account Management. Work closely with the TAM team to keep each partner's API integration current, healthy, and aligned to the latest Trulioo capabilities, and to resolve technical friction quickly.
  • Identify new opportunities within each partner. Continuously map each partner's business to uncover new use cases, product fits, and expansion paths for Trulioo.
  • Be the voice of the partner internally. Represent partner needs and market feedback to Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to shape roadmap, packaging, and enablement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in partner success, channel account management, strategic account management, or partner/channel sales, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or identity/fraud/compliance solutions.
  • A demonstrated track record of growing a portfolio of partners or accounts and hitting revenue growth or expansion targets.
  • Hands-on experience with the full account management motion: pipeline building and review, co-selling, sales enablement/training, QBRs, and upselling into an existing base.
  • Experience managing relationships with technical, API-driven products, and comfort partnering with technical teams and translating between commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust at both the practitioner and executive level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and partner/customer management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms).
  • Comfort operating independently in a remote, fast-moving environment across North American time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB/AML, or regulatory compliance solutions.
  • Familiarity with identity orchestration, risk decisioning, or onboarding platforms and how they resell or embed third-party verification solutions.
  • Experience owning both retention and expansion targets within a partner or channel motion.
  • An established network across fintech, banking, or digital commerce.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package for full-time, permanent employees, including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans with company match, paid time off, parental leave, and an annual education & training stipend (equivalent to $1,000 in local currency). Specific benefits may vary by location.
  • Flexible hybrid working environment: offices designed to support both collaboration and flexibility, with weekly lunches, quality coffee, and regular social events. Many locations also feature parent rooms, on-site gyms, comfortable lounges, and adaptable workstations.
  • Wellness: access to wellness workshops and events, as well as a complimentary Headspace subscription.
  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that provide an inclusive space, support, and community for employees of diverse backgrounds and allies.

Schedule

Our offices support a hybrid model and staff typically work three days per week at a hub location.
