- Develop and maintain deep expertise in ServiceTitan's supply chain API footprint and middleware templates
- Advise partners on what to build, how to build it, and which integration patterns best serve their business workflows
- Work directly with both suppliers/OEMs/distributors and the system integrators that help those partners connect to ServiceTitan
- Lead the technical certification process for supply chain partner integrations prior to marketplace or production publication
- Contribute to the development of automation tooling to streamline pre-GA processes and scale onboarding efficiency
- Serve as a senior escalation point for Financial Specialists and Integration Specialists supporting live supply chain integrations
- Triage and resolve complex inbound partner technical issues; document and report bugs to Engineering with appropriate context
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Influence

- Strong working knowledge of supply chain domain concepts including supplier/OEM/retailer/distributor relationships, catalog management, real-time pricing and availability, and electronic procurement workflows (e.g., API, EDI, punchout, etc.)
- Familiarity with integration patterns common in supply chain contexts, including middleware, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency with Postman and similar API development and testing tools
- Solid understanding of authentication frameworks including OAuth 2.0
- Experience advising external technical teams on integration architecture and API usage
- Comfort working directly with both large enterprise suppliers and smaller system integrators across varying levels of technical sophistication
- Ability to work with high autonomy, manage competing priorities, and make sound technical decisions with limited oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to translate complex technical concepts for both developer audiences and business stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of effective cross-functional partnership
