Senior Partner, Health IT Public Relations & Communications
The Role
FINN Partners is seeking a senior public relations and integrated communications leader to guide the next chapter for our U.S. Health Information Technology Group. This is a senior communications leadership opportunity for someone with PR agency experience, or a mix of agency and client-side communications leadership.
We’re seeking a leader who understands the future of connected health across care systems, connected devices, smart rooms, patient advocacy and the technologies reshaping health-care delivery and patient experience. This person will build on FINN’s health IT foundation, launched when FINN acquired Agency Ten22, and collaborate with Global Health Practice colleagues and digital, public affairs, purpose, technology, creative, content, analytics and international disciplines.
- Leading a team of dedicated health communications professionals
- Working with health IT clients while also providing senior counsel to client CEOs, founders, CMOs and communications leaders
- Demonstrating health IT knowledge across AI, EHRs, interoperability, health data, clinical workflow, analytics, revenue cycle, digital health and enterprise technology adapted for health care

- Help clients move beyond technical explanation and into market relevance
- Bring strong earned media instincts
- Have executive visibility experience, including analyst and conference strategy
- Be a visible presence in the health information and technology ecosystem
Requirements
We are especially interested in candidates who have led PR agency accounts or teams serving health technology companies and who are ready to step into a visible practice leadership role. This role sits on the FINN Global Health Practice Leadership Group and will report to Gil Bashe, Chair Global Health and Purpose, who will support the new leader’s onboarding, client development and visibility in the marketplace.
Qualifications
The successful candidate may be based in a major health technology market such as New York, Boston, Nashville, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Chicago, San Diego, San Francisco or another sector U.S. hub.
