Senior Consultant, Digital Health

Responsibilities

• Define data requirements, collect, process, clean, analyze, model, and visualize data.
• Identify and examine data patterns and trends to support business decisions.
• Contribute to complex Data Science and Big Data Mining projects.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data analysis processes and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Experience with Epic and other related systems.
• Technical expertise in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system build problems.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• At least one Epic certification, with multiple certifications preferred.
• Strong experience with Cogito, Clarity, or Caboodle.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Highly organized and able to multitask while maintaining focus on individual tasks.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage schedules, meet deadlines, and monitor work products.
• Adaptable to new project assignments and environments.
• Aptitude for mentoring and guiding others.
• A strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
