About the role

Celigo is seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager to lead the growth of strategic channel partnerships. This role requires identifying and nurturing relationships with partners to drive revenue and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential partners with the potential to build real practices around Celigo
  • Drive relationships to become productive and active practices without waiting for a playbook
  • Create joint initiatives, co-sell motions, and enablement programs with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Use AI to research partner companies, surface deal and performance signals, and draft partner-facing communications
  • Track partnership performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and take action based on data
  • Diagnose and resolve issues affecting underperforming or stagnant partnerships
  • Stay informed on the evolution of the iPaaS and integration ecosystem and proactively identify new partner categories and competitor strategies
  • Navigate conflicts and competing priorities across partners and internal stakeholders to maintain healthy and dynamic relationships

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM and partnership management tools, such as Salesforce, Impartner, or similar PRM tools
  • Experience using analytics tools like Thoughtspot or Clari

  • Analytical grounding in data-driven decision-making

  • Ability to ship and iterate quickly

  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and communication tasks

Pay

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $100,000 and $140,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
