Senior Paralegal
Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a Senior Family Law Paralegal to join our Bellevue, WA office. Remote-first setting with brick-and-mortar space available (in-person as required by courts and clients).

Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and property division.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple competing responsibilities.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal interactions.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff, ensuring collective success and efficiency in case management.
- Interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and court staff.
- Manage a variety of family law cases while maintaining high-quality legal work.
- Prepare and file legal documents with county court systems (e-filing).
- Handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proactively solve problems while staying composed and organized under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in family law preferred.
- Exceptional writing skills and proficiency in e-filing with county courts.
- Experience working with multiple attorneys in a law firm setting.
- Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Pay
$48 hourly + commission. The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, internal and external pay equity, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
