Senior Paralegal
About the role
Our client is a well-established legal organization handling complex litigation matters and high-level casework across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day case management, including organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Coordination of file transfers between offices and ensuring proper document tracking
- Supporting mediation and other case-related proceedings through document preparation and coordination
- Preparation and electronic filing of court documents under attorney supervision
- Document research using legal research platforms and assistance with drafting templates, tables of contents, and tables of authorities
- Cite-checking and proofreading to ensure filings meet court and jurisdictional standards
- Supporting attorneys with deposition preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing binders (print and electronic)
- Providing on-site support during depositions when requested
- Serving as a liaison between attorneys, internal litigation support teams, court personnel, and external vendors
- Coordinating transcript orders and managing vendor relationships to ensure deadlines are met
- Delegating appropriate tasks to junior paralegals when applicable
Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with state court e-filing systems (File & ServeXpress experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of court rules, discovery protocols, and litigation procedures
- Proficiency with legal research tools such as Bloomberg or similar platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work extended hours during trial preparation and active proceedings

Pay
$85000 - $95000 / Year
Schedule
Monday – Friday onsite (business hours; flexibility required during trial periods)
