About The Opportunity
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the semiconductor industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their legal team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a stable first-shift schedule and the chance to support complex litigation matters in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Litigation & Case Management: Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution, including deadline tracking, status reporting, budgeting, billing, and process improvement initiatives. Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure effective case administration.
- Investigations & Case Assessment: Identify, collect, and analyze evidence related to litigation and internal investigations. Conduct witness interviews and develop case timelines, summaries, and supporting documentation.
- Legal Hold & Document Management: Administer legal hold processes and ensure compliance with document preservation requirements. Maintain organized and defensible records management practices.
- Document Review & Production: Prepare and manage document productions, including quality control, confidentiality reviews, and redactions. Ensure all materials are accurate, complete, and compliant with legal standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Draft professional correspondence, reports, and legal summaries for leadership, outside counsel, and other stakeholders. Communicate complex legal information clearly and effectively.
- Confidentiality & Special Projects: Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Support special projects and additional legal initiatives as business needs evolve.
Required Experience & Education
- 4+ years of paralegal experience or equivalent legal professional experience.
- Strong background supporting litigation matters.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent hands-on legal experience.
