About the role
The Senior Paralegal supports legal operations by drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents related to finance, administration, and governmental functions. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, analyzing statutes and regulations, and preparing summaries and reports for attorneys and leadership.
Responsibilities

- Managing case files
- Tracking deadlines
- Cooking document production
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable laws
- Collaborating with attorneys, program staff, and external stakeholders to support litigation, administrative proceedings, and policy initiatives
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Law, with experience supporting attorneys in government, administrative, or public sector matters
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and other legal instruments
- Skilled in Document Review, with attention to detail in identifying inconsistencies, risks, and compliance issues
- Advanced Research abilities, including legal research using statutes, regulations, case law, and secondary sources
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for working with legal teams and diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters and deadlines
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency with legal and office software (e.g., legal research platforms, document management systems, word processing tools)
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field; paralegal certification preferred
- Relevant experience as a paralegal or senior legal assistant, preferably in a governmental or public sector setting
