What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic Account Ownership: Manage all aspects of paid media account management
- Omni-Channel Strategy: Lead the development and execution of holistic paid media strategies across Google Ads, Social (Meta/LinkedIn), and emerging platforms
- Performance Growth: Proactively manage budgets, campaign strategies, and audience targeting to hit and exceed client performance KPIs
- Strategic Roadmap: Translate client business objectives into concrete media plans; move beyond tactical execution to provide meaningful strategic recommendations that grow account revenue
- Campaign Implementation: Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of media campaigns
- Testing & Optimization: Design and run tests and learn scenarios. Own the full lifecycle: from hypothesis to implementation and final performance reporting
- Forecasting & Planning: Build accurate performance forecasts and annual media plans that align with client marketing goals
- Automation & Efficiency: Scalable Workflows: Use automation tools to manage reporting and campaign performance; Tactical Hygiene: Enforce naming conventions, tracking parameters, and creative audit standards to ensure campaign data is clean, readable, and actionable
- Collaboration & Communication: Client Leadership: Act as the primary media lead in client meetings, communicating strategic narrative, performance trends, and the "why" behind your optimizations; Departmental Impact: Partner with Account Management to translate business needs into campaign actions; Participate in new business opportunities by contributing strategic insights and competitive platform research
About You
- Previous Paid Media Experience: Must have experience in a digital agency environment
- Knowledge of Paid Media Channels: Google Ads and Social Ads
- Additional Knowledge: Microsoft, YouTube, LinkedIn (desired)
- Forecast & Plan: Create client forecast and omni-channel media plan and demonstrate ability to compile advanced client deliverables
- Analysis & Recommendations: Analyze complex issues and develop relevant and realistic plans, programs, and recommendations to solve client problems
- Automation & Efficiency: Working knowledge of Google Analytics and GTM is a plus
