Responsibilities

The Senior Oracle Solutions Analyst – in the Logistics and Distribution area is responsible for deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 on‑premise and working knowledge of Oracle Fusion in support of complex, global logistics and distribution initiatives. This role will serve as a functional and technical bridge between business operations, IT, and third‑party vendors, with a strong focus on warehouse management, systems integrations, automation, large project engagement, and contributing to ERP roadmap. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Applications and is part of the Information Technologies team located in Hebron and will be an on-site role. Additionally, the role can also be based out of our Indianapolis, IN or Chaska, MN locations.

• Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle EBS R12 in logistics and distribution–focused modules, including inventory, Shipping / Receiving, Transportation, and Trade Compliance.
• Along with providing cross‑functional knowledge of end-to-end flow across Oracle EBS modules such as Manufacturing, Order Management and Planning.
• Supporting coexistence and integration strategies involving Oracle Fusion and other cloud platforms.
