About The Role
We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative Senior HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with customers through product and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience implementing or supporting HRIS systems, requirements capturing, configuration, data conversion, and testing. You should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have fun!
- Master HCM Core and at least one other product in the HCM product suite (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Paradox, HiredScore, Talent Management, or Learning).
- Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
- Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.
- Assist the Integration team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
- Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday’s proven solutions.
- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Senior HCM Functional Consultant
- Prior experience leading Workday implementations is a MUST.
- A minimum of 3+ years implementing at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning.
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required.
Basic Qualifications: Principal HCM Functional Consultant
- Prior experience leading Workday implementations is a MUST.
- A minimum of 7+ years implementing at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, HiredScore, Paradox, Talent Management, or Learning.
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required.
Other Qualifications
- Proven project management experience and a passion for customer service.
- Functional experience in HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, and/or Learning.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
- Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously is a plus.
- Workday HCM Certification is a plus.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Pay
Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
- Primary Location (USA, GA, Atlanta) Base Pay Range: $117,000 USD - $175,400 USD
- Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,000 USD - $197,300 USD
- If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $117,000 - $175,400 USD.
