Senior or Principal HCM Functional Consultant

About the role

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business requirements and configure the company solutions accordingly
• Develop prototype systems to demonstrate configurations to clients
• Assist clients in converting legacy data into the company
• Collaborate with Integration team for configurations and testing of third-party integrations
• Utilize the company’s Implementation Methodology in all engagements
• Ensure clients fully leverage the company’s proven solutions during implementation
• Mentor and share expertise with other consultants

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience leading the company implementations required
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with at least one HCM solution
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company required
• Strong project management and customer service skills needed
• Proficiency in business analysis and requirements gathering essential
• Ability to manage multiple HCM projects simultaneously is a plus
• The company HCM Certification preferred

Pay

$117,000 – $175,400 annually
