Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Planning & Execution: Owns site or multi-building maintenance calendars, sequencing, and prioritization. Approves, defers, or resequences preventive maintenance based on risk, readiness, or site conditions. Ensures maintenance execution aligns with uptime protection strategies.

  • Spare Parts Governance: Identifies critical inventory based on system risk and supply chain demand. Ensures inventory availability aligns with planned maintenance and known vulnerabilities. Escalates gaps that create unacceptable execution risk and implements solutions.

  • Site Drill Planning: Establishes annual drill calendars aligned to site-specific risk profiles. Coordinates drill sequencing, scope, and coordination across buildings. Ensures drills meaningfully test readiness, not just satisfy requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or similar discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Three or more years’ of professional experience in data center, mission-critical environment, or other maintenance role.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
