About the role

Career opportunity to coordinate with key teams to plan and execute operations within the Waterjet business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast, plan, and deliver material requirements for forecasted orders.
  • Orchestrate manufacturing processes, generating work orders and coordinating flow in manufacturing cells.
  • Develop and refine supply replenishment methods, adjusting Kanban quantities to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Employ lean planning techniques to minimize inventory while meeting market expectations for lead times and service levels.
  • Drive shortage resolutions, expedite processes, and communicate real-time ERP updates to all stakeholders.
  • Analyze supply data, set item attributes, and optimize the supply chain to ensure flawless production.
  • Solve problems proactively, conducting thorough root cause analyses on inventory discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of stakeholders, communicating effectively to support business goals.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in planning.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years of experience using ERP within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing environments and lean/JIT production.
  • APICS-CPIM certification preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP.
  • Experience in industrial equipment manufacturing.

Pay

$81,164.00 - $135,275.00 annually.
