Senior Operations Associate

Overview

Headway’s mission is to build a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access. We automate administrative tasks for therapists and are expanding our platform to serve over 1 million patients across all 50 states. We are seeking a Senior Operations Associate to drive the build, execution, and scaling of core workflows that impact patient care and provider operations.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize and scale core workflows to deliver real-world impact to hundreds of thousands of patients and providers
• Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and automation
• Support and lead cross-functional efforts with product, engineering, payer, and customer experience teams to drive core operations processes
• Design and implement world-class execution strategies to ensure high-quality operations
• Own workflows and processes that are core to the impact we deliver for our patients, providers, and payer partners

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, operations, investment banking, or related experience; operations experience at a high-growth startup is a plus
• Self-starter with a focus on clarity and execution
• Data-driven with the ability to drive complex analyses to identify key actionable insights
• Collaborative with a strong ability to partner across teams while holding others and yourself accountable for business results
• Systems thinker with a focus on solving problems with product and automation
