Senior Onbase Engineer

About the role

OnBase developer position requiring 8–10 years of experience with Workflow and WorkView, including Unity scripting (Unity API and Automation API), OnBase architecture across all clients (Configuration, OnBase Client, Unity Client, Web Client), form design for E-forms and Unity Forms, reporting, configuration migration, and troubleshooting tools (Report Services, Diagnostic Console, Workflow Doctor, Configuration Migration). The role involves designing Workflow solutions, creating and publishing OnBase web services and Message Broker integrations, and hands-on SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in PI planning sessions, Scrum meetings, and retrospective sessions
• Gather requirements, perform analysis, and create technical specification documents
• Develop OnBase-related APIs and perform configuration changes
• Participate in walk-throughs, inspections, and review meetings
• Comply with standards and processes in the test organization
• Acquire knowledge of the business domain and application workflows
• Coordinate with cross-application teams for upstream and downstream impact analysis
• Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
• Provide explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
• Work iteratively in a fast-paced agile environment

Requirements

• 8–10 years of OnBase development experience with Workflow and WorkView
• Knowledge of writing Unity scripts using both Unity API and Automation API
• Deep development experience with OnBase workflows
• Sound understanding of OnBase architecture for all OnBase clients (Configuration, OnBase Client, Unity Client, Web Client)
• Designing forms for business decisions used in E-forms and Unity Forms
• OnBase reporting, configuration migration, and troubleshooting tools (Report Services, Diagnostic Console, Workflow Doctor, Configuration Migration)
• Designing OnBase Workflow solutions and creating/publishing OnBase web services and Message Broker
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working iteratively in a fast-paced agile environment

Pay

Salary range: $110,000–$120,000 per year
