Onbase Sr. Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Only Local Candidates) Employment Type: Contract to Hire Payrate: $48.60/hour on W2 ***(Looking only US Citizen and GC Holder || Only W2)*** ResponsibilitiesMaintain, monitor, and update OnBase configurations, including integration creation and support. Troubleshoot issues within the OnBase environment. Prioritize and plan work activities and establish goals and objectives. Conduct daily Event Viewer analysis, identify and characterize incidents, generate incident reports, and investigate suspicious activity. Perform system analysis and design, construct, and test infrastructure. Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Create process documentation for internal use. Participate in meetings, strategy sessions, and work groups to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Review configuration change proposals for compliance with established standards, guidelines, and policies. Provide guidance, assistance, training, and documentation for process solutions. Required Skills3+ years of OnBase Engineering experience. Preferred SkillsServer experience and/or on-premises environment experience. Customer-facing and customer service experience. Government or State experience.
