    • Set annual engagement plans and goals for client portfolio to hit organizational targets including asset gathering, product asset gathering, referral goals, cross-selling (UpImpact), and other new business goals.
    • Serve as an escalation point for client issues, nuanced service requests, or situations requiring judgment beyond standard operating procedures—resolving challenges proactively and coordinating with senior CE leadership when needed.
    • Translate client goals (impact objectives, time horizon, liquidity, risk tolerance) into clear internal briefs that inform recommended next steps and education plans; escalate complex needs.
    • Capture client feedback and recurring themes; route insights to CE leadership and cross-functional partners to refine playbooks, FAQs, and client-facing materials.
    • Represent the organization professionally in client meetings and selected events; support logistics and follow-through.
  • Perform additional responsibilities aligned with the scope of the role.
