About the role

Tasked with tackling a labyrinth of payers and organized customers with limited resources, payer marketers can sometimes feel trapped between competing priorities. Payer Sciences approaches managed markets from a different angle, believing the truth lies in the data. The Senior Manager, Client Strategy and Execution is the senior execution owner for assigned workstreams and smaller initiatives, accountable for day-to-day execution quality, project rhythm, timeline discipline, cross-functional coordination, and pre-client readiness. This role operates with greater independence and higher judgment than a Manager, reducing the amount of oversight required from account leaders while continuing to build toward emerging account ownership.

Process and Operational Improvement

  • Support resource request escalation by providing clear context on workload, timing, scope, and risk.
  • Maintain strong therapeutic and regulatory knowledge relevant to assigned accounts and projects.

Coaching and Development

  • Coach Managers and junior team members on ownership, project discipline, client communication, and work product quality.
