Job Summary

In this role, you will lead proactive cybersecurity efforts to protect and enhance client systems against evolving threats and vulnerabilities. You will assess risk, implement security controls, and ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of the cybersecurity posture across various environments. Given the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be required to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and adhere to relevant safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely and effective use of Air Tasking Orders (ATO) assigned assets.
• Maintain oversight of assets and address deviations affecting the ATO, making necessary adjustments while coordinating with all affected agencies.
• Function as the Operational Expertise Act expert and serve as the go-to person on doctrinal processes for all positions under the SODO, including CASDO, INTDO, BDO, CSAR, TST, and EW/SEAD.
• Provide expertise on capability degradation, tactics, and threat areas.
• Execute the duties of the Chief of Combat Operations (CCO), coordinating with the Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG) to ensure training objectives are met.
• Act as the liaison and attend planning conferences as the AOC representative, potentially serving as a Liaison Officer (LNO) at forward exercise locations.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Minimum of 3 years progressive AOC experience, including working as a Combat Operations Duty Officer (examples: FDO, SEAD DO, TCT Chief, Interdiction DO, CAS DO)
• Minimum of 2 years as Offensive Operations Team Mentor, Offensive Operations White Cell member, or AOC Combat Ops

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Minimum of 3 years progressive AOC experience, including working as a Combat Operations Duty Officer (examples: FDO, SEAD DO, TCT Chief, Interdiction DO, CAS DO)
• Minimum of 2 years as Offensive Operations Team Mentor, Offensive Operations White Cell member, or AOC Combat Ops

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's Degree

Travel Requirements

This is an onsite position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions. Travel is expected to be up to 25% and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
