About the role

Oversees CVOR staff performance, manages staffing, hiring, orientation, and discipline, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages budgets and resources
• Maintains appropriate staffing and understands healthcare finance
• Leads and supports performance and quality improvement initiatives
• Implements evidence-based practice changes
• Ensures compliance with professional standards and hospital policies
• Utilizes critical thinking and technology in decision-making, problem-solving, and integrating new systems to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Provides strong leadership and mentorship
• Safeguards high-quality clinical care
• Supports staff development
• Maintains clear communication and planning for patient care delivery
• Encourages interdisciplinary collaboration
• Maintains positive relationships with patients, staff, vendors, and other departments to ensure patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing
• Master's of Nursing (preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
