Senior Nurse Manager- Cardiothoracic ICU

Under supervision of the Director, provides clinical and administrative support to staff delivering direct and indirect patient care on a specific unit or units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hour programmatic, operational, and financial management of the unit/program
• Ensure quality, safety, and patient experience standards are met
• Manage financial performance of the assigned unit
• Interview, hire, assign work to, and evaluate performance of supervised employees
• Perform job duties in accordance with Tampa General Hospital’s mission, vision, and values

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Registered Nurse License in the state of Florida
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site position
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay

Minimum starting salary: $51.91 per hour
