Senior Nurse Manager - Critical Care ICU

General Summary

Nurse Managers are responsible for the management of one or more defined areas of nursing service. They allocate resources to promote efficient, safe and high quality care based on the professional standards and scopes of nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in the ANA Nurse Administrator Standards of Practices and professional performances.
• Attains patient satisfaction and quality measures goals.
• Demonstrates nursing leadership by role modeling professional behavior; exercising core values and practicing innovation.
• All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience; previous leadership roles as a preceptor/clinical coordinator.
• Preferred: Previous Critical Care ICU Management experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor Degree Nursing BSN, will accept a bachelor degree in another discipline if candidate holds a MSN.
• Credential(s): Registered Nurse RN, Basic Life Support BLS Certification related to the position, if applicable.
• Preferred Education: Master Degree Nursing, Master Degree Business Administration MBA / Master Degree Health Administration MHACredential(s): Nurse Executive - Board Certified, Nurse Executive Advanced - Board Certified, Certified Nurse Manager and Leader.

Pay

SALARY RANGE: $105,872.00 - $164,091.20 YEARLY
