Senior Mission Program Optimization Lead
About the role
Leverage program-building experience to build, refine, and execute program launch and coordination efforts in a sensitive, high-visibility program.
Work across organizational boundaries internally and externally to generate momentum around shared mission objectives and overlapping interests.
Support the constant revectoring of programs, projects, and initiatives based on changing requirements and guidance, operating fluidly within an ambiguous environment.
Augment leadership and oversight engagement efforts and tactics as needed to generate desired outcomes.
Leverage strategy, policy, and tactical mission expertise to support overall program goals.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of TEN (10)+ years' of relevant mission and/or operational experience supporting national security environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
Skills
- Master's degree.
- FIFTEEN (15)+ years' of relevant mission and/or operational experience supporting national security environments.
- Ability to operate autonomously and with minimal oversight.
