Mission Program Optimization Lead

Travel Required: Up to 10%
Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph

What You Will Do

• Leverage program management experience across complex programs to identify areas for improvement, spearhead initiatives to generate progress, and deliver mission impact
• Utilize understanding of complex nuances of Department of War and US Intelligence Community collaboration pathways and existing relationships and equities to drive progress
• Lead initiatives that fuse technology and data workflows with mission requirements
• Drive progress against both stated and unstated objectives, helping to build and sustain a business capability that increases efficiencies and output

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ten (10) or more years of experience in program management within the national security environment

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) or more years of directly relevant professional experience in program management, ideally within the national security or defense environment
• Experience with technology and data workflows to enable mission and business objectives
• Master’s degree in a relevant field or discipline
• A Program Management Professional certification
