Senior Medical Recruiter - Emergency Medicine

You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. Responsibilities

• Generate leads through advertisements, cold calls, and referrals
• Initiate contact and follow up with prospective physician candidates
• Develop comprehensive recruiting plans for vacancies
• Conduct preliminary phone screens and provide candidates with information on the company
• Evaluate candidates for organizational fit and coordinate interviews

Requirements

• 3-5 years of recent recruiting experience required
• 1-2 years with practice management company or physician recruiting firm required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; working knowledge of Taleo preferred
• DEI recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment preferred

Pay

$102,290 – $130,420 annually
