Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize campaigns across paid channels (Social, Search, Affiliates, Programmatic and other emerging channels).
- Drive performance through hands on platform management, including targeting, bidding, and budget allocation.
- Own and manage multi million dollar acquisition budgets with accountability for efficiency and scale (CAC, ROI, LTV).
- Drive a culture of experimentation across acquisition channels, funnel optimization, creative strategy, and audience segmentation.
- Partner closely with Data and Analytics to develop reporting infrastructure, surface insights, and continuously refine performance KPIs to evaluate attribution models and efficiencies.
- Present acquisition performance, forecasts, and strategic insights to leadership and stakeholders. Stay on the pulse of marketing trends, emerging platforms, attribution changes, and AI/ML driven growth solutions.
Qualifications
- 5 - 8+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, mobile ad networks)
- Proven success managing and scaling multi channel campaigns with measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer) and measurement frameworks
- Experience with incrementality testing and attribution modeling
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance reporting
- Able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Experience in mobile apps, sports, or digital marketplaces is a plus
Pay
NYC Salary Range: $133,000 - $160,000 USD
