Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor for and report damaged/defective materials (or questionable) to department Supervisor
- Participate in area Job Hazard Analysis
- Handle data entry and record retention
- Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition
- Adhere to all safety regulations and make recommendations
- Required to operate company equipment (e.g. hand truck, hoists, trolleys, fork trucks, etc.)
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Analyze material and prioritize the dispositioning of said parts
- Handle all Software key requests, receive requests, check validity and send out keys
- Ensure accurate, timely ASML shipments to our vendors
- Handling of all daily emergencies and priority orders for our customers
- Reporting and communication - Anticipate problems and proactively communicate across various departments to solution
- Report on production progress, delays and causes
- Initiate actions to correct deviations from planning, taking the necessary escalation steps to minimize critical shortages in the field
- Solve deviations/disruptions quickly
- Initiate improvements and participate in projects to improve and optimize cross-sector business processes
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of relevant logistical experience
- High tech affinity
- Experience with ERP system is a must, specific SAP experience is an advantage
- Independent, proactive, team player, good communication skills and flexible

Other Information
- This position is located on-site in Wilton, CT, USA and requires onsite presence.
- Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach and stretch
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally required to move around the campus and must be willing to work in a clean room environment for the entire duration of the shift, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
