Senior Master Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Leads the development of the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinates schedule updates across multi-functional departments.
• Validates schedule health metrics and authorizes adjustments to the critical path to maintain program alignment.
• Maintains performance against schedule baselines and leads internal teams in achieving complex milestone goals.
• Executes strategic schedule oversight for logistics and sustainment milestones across the Indo-Pacific theater.
• Validates the accuracy of task-level schedules and leads internal assessments to ensure alignment with theater-specific operational standards.
• Collaborates with mission partners to proactively identify and resolve schedule slips before they impact regional mission readiness.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Experience in formal schedule oversight and acting as a functional lead for schedule integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI-SP or PMP certification.
• DAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent).
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera in a DoD environment.

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
