Senior Master Scheduler

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a potential Scheduler supporting a DoD Customer's Classified Network Services. The mission will include Operations, Compliance, Cyber Security, Customer Service, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules for complex, multi-year programs, ideally within government or intelligence community environments.
• Utilize scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent) to maintain and update project timelines.
• Apply knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), and integrated baseline management.
• Support DoD or Intelligence Community programs with scheduling, program planning, and project controls.
• Incorporate Earned Value Management (EVM) tools, techniques, and reporting into scheduling practices.
• Work with Agile, hybrid, or iterative development methodologies.
• Operate effectively in fast-paced, high-security environments with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience with a BS/BA, 3 to 5 years with an MS/MA, or 0 to 2 years with a PhD.
• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
• Demonstrated mastery of scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), and integrated baseline management.
• Clearance Required: TS/SCI.

Pay

Salary Range: $97,956.44 - $103,112.04. Salary is determined by factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, position requirements, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

Potential onsite locations in either Annapolis Junction, MD or Joint Base-Anacostia Bolling.
