Responsibilities
- Cook up marketing material development, including presentations and supporting materials for various meetings and events.
- Help out with graphics, promotional materials, and other marketing tools.
- Support internal communications, newsletters, and event promotions.
- Manage stock photography resources and support the creation of Bitly links and QR codes.
- Maintain Pulmonx brand guidelines and support consistency across marketing materials.
- Support marketing expense tracking, invoice processing, purchase orders, and budget reporting.
- Coordinate printing, inventory management, and shipment of collateral materials and promotional items.
- Plan and coordinate tradeshows, internal meetings, and marketing events.
- Administer the Physician Locator and Premier Practice programs, including website updates, qualification tracking, compliance monitoring, and process improvement efforts.
- Support the marketing compliance review process and maintain marketing SOPs.
- Coordinate review and approval workflows with regulatory, legal, clinical, and marketing stakeholders.
- Aid in the development and coordination of internal communications and support executive presentations.
- Support process improvement initiatives that enhance marketing efficiency, organization, and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, communications, project coordination, or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and operational coordination capabilities.
- Experience supporting marketing review processes, marketing material development, events, or operational workflows; experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing, CRM, or project management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Basecamp, Showpad, or Pepperflow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation development tools.
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize competing needs, and support a wide range of marketing initiatives.
