Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of our enterprise ESP (Braze)—managing data inflows and outflows, CDP integrations, and unsubscribe governance to ensure best-in-class orchestration.
  • Function as our end-to-end Ad Operations team—setting up event passback to paid ad platforms, installing and configuring tracking pixels, and strategizing on optimizing spend efficiency through event implementation.

  • Implement robust campaign monitoring, delivery alerting, and validation frameworks to ensure flawless technical setup and message execution.
  • Champion data governance, documentation, and deliverability best practices across our martech stack, ensuring full compliance with CAN-SPAM and safeguarding IP and domain health.
  • Drive innovation across lifecycle messaging channels, building advanced personalization capabilities to engage customers in unique, timely, and meaningful ways.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience governing enterprise ESPs and CDPs (Braze experience is a major plus), managing data inflows and outflows, and maintaining data hygiene.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience owning Ad Operations execution, including setting up pixel configurations, server-side tracking, and targeting parameters across channels (Search, Social, Display, OTT, etc).
  • Strong, fluent SQL skills—comfortable querying, transforming, and modeling complex datasets to support targeting and custom audiences.
  • Hybrid expertise as a marketer, engineer, and analyst with the ability to translate marketing strategy into technical architecture and execution plans.
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability best practices, IP/domain health management, and regulatory frameworks such as CAN-SPAM.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Braze Liquid logic, Connected Content, and complex canvas/journey orchestration.
  • Experience in highly regulated fields, such as financial services, operating under limited targeting constraints.
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Segment).

Pay

Salary range: $157,000 – $196,000 USD. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, candidate location, and budget. This range may be modified in the future.
