About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and data-driven Senior Marketing Manager to support the marketing engine behind Sunbit’s platform partnerships business. In this builder role, you will bring Sunbit to life across our software platform ecosystem: driving partner co-marketing, merchant acquisition, accelerating merchant onboarding, and boosting usage and performance across automotive, dental, healthcare, veterinary, medspa, home services, and beyond. You will own the strategies that drive merchant awareness, build onboarding playbooks, create ongoing education programs that help service businesses seamlessly offer Sunbit, and optimize workflows as we scale. You will also support the sales process with prospective platform partners, helping bring new embedded channels into the Sunbit ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with priority platform partners to understand their software ecosystems, identify co-marketing opportunities, integrations, and drive merchant adoption
- Lead go-to-market marketing strategies and execution for platform integrations and initiatives, balancing big-picture campaign planning with detail-oriented delivery
- Design, launch, and scale partner playbooks and merchant onboarding workflows to accelerate time-to-first-transaction and ensure consistent, high-impact platform support through the merchant’s lifecycle
- Create and scale partner & merchant-facing assets that enable seamless partner integration and merchant usage, including co-branded campaign toolkits, email nurtures, landing pages, script guides, and FAQs
- Use data and campaign analytics to monitor partner engagement, track merchant activation velocity, and continuously optimize program effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, operations, product, marketing, design, and legal teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B performance, partner, or product marketing
- Experience working with partner organizations, external marketing teams, and vendors
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate initiatives across stakeholders
- Strong written/verbal communication
- Strategic and analytical - ability to synthesize and use data to drive decisions
- Growth mindset and proactive ownership of projects
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with platform ecosystems, SaaS partnerships, or embedded fintech (a plus)

Pay
We are targeting a base salary of $150,000 - $185,000 per year for this role. This role will also be granted company equity via stock options.
