What You’ll Do

  • Strategic GTM Ownership: Drive the global end-to-market strategy for our embedded financial services offerings (Capital, Accounts, Issuing), defining how we position, price, and launch products to the world’s largest SaaS platforms.
  • Product Influence & Market Intelligence: Act as the strategic voice of the platform customer. Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to influence the product roadmap and identify untapped vertical growth opportunities.
  • Narrative & Positioning: Craft world-class, differentiated product messaging that simplifies complex financial architectures into high-impact value propositions for C-level executives.
  • Commercial Enablement: Partner with cross-functional global teams to equip sales and account management with sophisticated, localized GTM playbooks, value-selling frameworks, and co-marketing strategies.
  • Scalable Demand Generation Strategy: Collaborate with regional marketing teams to design impactful campaigns and content strategies (whitepapers, videos, case studies) that effectively capture and convert top-funnel demand.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, partner marketing, or strategic growth, with a proven track record in fintech, payments, or complex B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strategic Thinker, practical Doer: You can sit with leaders to debate strategy, but you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and write a messaging framework, run a go-to-market or create your own content.
  • Complex Problem Solver: You have a knack for taking highly technical, regulated financial concepts and turning them into simple, elegant, and commercially driven narratives.
  • Cross-Functional Influencer: Proven ability to navigate a matrixed global organization and build strong alignment across Product, Sales, and Creative teams.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You look at qualitative customer insights and quantitative market data to back up your GTM decisions and measure launch success.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $195,000.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role based out of our New York office. We are an office-first company and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.
