Senior Marketing Manager
This is a contract role through Magnit for our client Airbnb. The position is fully remote within the United States only and is a 9-month contract on W-2.

Responsibilities
Email Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns across internal Airbnb systems.
- Ensure that email content aligns with the brand’s voice, objectives, and customer needs.
- Partner with the internal email brand governance team in all email communication to ensure consistency and compliance with guidelines.
- Optimize email performance, conduct analysis, and share best practices.
- Code in HTML/CSS when necessary (e.g., MixMax templates).
Product Marketing Lead
- Partner with the product team to develop the marketing strategy and messaging for new features.
- Write creative briefs, content strategies, and messaging for Airbnb’s real estate team product surfaces.
Partner Marketing Strategy, Content Creation, and Analytics
- Develop partner marketing strategy and content, aligned with business goals and partner needs.
- Report on campaign performance across channels.
- Turn results into clear insights and recommendations that optimize future campaigns.
- Present results to leadership and advise on how to improve future performance.
Event & Thought Leadership Management
- Drive Event Marketing planning and execution for the real estate team at the national and regional level, including sponsorship, booth activations, and coordinating resident events with partner communities.
- Ensure seamless execution from concept to post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging thought leadership content, leading the application and internal review process.
- Oversee the logistics, marketing collateral, and promotion of events to drive attendance and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in product marketing, email marketing, event management, and client relationship management.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, Figma).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is $100–$110/hr, dependent on location, experience, and expectations.
