Senior Marketing Manager
Position Overview
This position is fully remote in the USA, ideally looking for a candidate in the Mountain or Central time zones. HQ is in SLC, UT.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and annual growth targets.
Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and fiscal responsibility.
Track and report on marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness in collaboration with Finance.
Develop strategy and execution plans for key internal initiatives such as Sales Kick-Off and President’s Club.
Manage Microsoft and AWS co-op funding programs in partnership with Finance, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Maintain marketing spend tracking and ROI reporting tools.
Oversee reconciliation of marketing expenditures across campaigns and finance teams.
Evaluate and align event proposals with company strategic goals.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external events, ensuring high-quality experiences.
Manage logistics including venue sourcing, vendors, travel, and on-site coordination.
Serve as the primary liaison across departments for event planning and execution.
Develop event communications including invitations, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Maintain and evolve the corporate event playbook with best practices.
Analyze and report post-event performance and ROI to leadership.
Act as the primary liaison for the company website, managing external vendors for performance and UX optimization.
Ensure website content is current, aligned with campaigns, and consistent with brand standards.
Oversee selection, procurement, inventory, and distribution of branded merchandise.
Lead creative direction for promotional items while considering sustainability and environmental impact.
Collaborate on development of marketing assets including blogs, videos, and campaign materials.
Support creation of sales enablement content such as presentations, service briefs, and case studies.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
Support social media content strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to marketing team members as applicable.
Partner closely with sales, finance, product, and executive teams to drive alignment.
Support internal communication, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a senior or leadership role.
Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
Previous experience taking direction from C-level executives.
Experience in B2B, technology, cloud, or professional services marketing strongly preferred.
Core Competencies
Strong expertise in marketing operations, campaign measurement, and ROI analysis.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets and aligning marketing investments to business outcomes.
Experience with partner marketing and co-op funding programs (e.g., Microsoft, AWS).
Deep experience planning and executing events of varying scale and complexity.
Strong content development and brand management capabilities.
Familiarity with sales enablement frameworks and tools.
Technical & Operational Skills
Experience working with CMS platforms and website management.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and analytics tools.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Leadership & Communication
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Strong executive presence and experience presenting insights to leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
Base Salary Range: $95,000 - 120,000
The Salary Range provided for this role is informed by (but not limited to) various factors including responsibilities of the position, work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, geography, as well as other market influences when extending an offer.
The role will also be eligible for bonus.
