Marketing$102k–$190k/yrFull-time

BMO is a leading North American bank driven by our purpose: to Boldly Grow the Good in business and life. Our purpose informs our strategy, drives our ambition, and reinforces our commitments to progress for a thriving economy, a sustainable future, and stronger communities. The U.S. Relationship Marketing Team is accountable for the strategy, development, execution, and ongoing optimization of go-to-market campaigns and programs targeting current BMO clients through onboarding, account/product and service activation, digital adoption, engagement, cross-sell, loyalty, and retention.

About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Manager focusing on Business Banking, you’ll serve as the primary partner driving marketing strategy and tactical execution for all marketing initiatives. You will act as the key liaison between business partners, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful client, account, balance, and revenue growth for our Business Banking team. You’ll develop integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies and bring campaigns to life with a mix of agency and internal partners.

You will independently develop compelling, insight-driven briefs and produce effective marketing campaigns—from start to finish—that deliver on marketing KPIs and drive business KPIs forward. Collaboration across internal teams (Product, Compliance, Analytics, Legal, Creative, etc.) and external agencies will ensure optimized client journeys and flawless campaign execution. You’ll evaluate performance data, analyze success and opportunities, and survey the competitive landscape to ensure our marketing persuades clients to fully understand and appreciate how BMO helps them make real financial progress.
