  • Coordinate campaigns across email, paid media, content, events, webinars, landing pages, and sales activation efforts with agency partners.
  • Drive execution of account-based marketing and key-account growth programs based on agreed priorities and direction.
  • Manage the coordination and promotion of customer and partner webinars.
  • Manage customer marketing programs, including communications, customer stories, advocacy, and cross-sell campaigns.
  • Coordinate regional marketing programs, including sponsorships, customer events, community engagement, and sales support activities.
  • Guide channel marketing execution, including newsletters, partner communications, MDF activities, advisory boards, and partner enablement.
  • Gather campaign and program reporting, provide regular updates against defined KPIs, and translate results into clear recommendations.
  • Conduct and synthesize market, customer, competitor, and account research to inform planning and strategic decisions.
  • Direct day-to-day agency work, keeping execution aligned with internal priorities, timelines, and budgets.
  • Create and edit marketing content, including emails, landing pages, social posts, presentations, customer communications, and webinar assets.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, content development, campaign execution, and performance analysis—with strong quality control.
  • Optimize marketing programs, channels, and processes to increase qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and strengthen pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging campaign content when needed.
  • A curious, growth-oriented mindset and genuine enthusiasm for learning, testing ideas, and improving results.
  • A strong analytical approach, with the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations and program optimizations.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple programs, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain plans, results, and recommendations clearly.
  • Creative problem-solving and the confidence to bring informed ideas and constructive input to planning conversations.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology, CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and AI tools, plus the ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, field marketing, customer marketing, channel marketing, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing integrated campaigns and improving performance against measurable business goals.
  • Experience partnering with Sales on account, regional, or pipeline-growth programs.
  • Experience directing agencies, paid media partners, or external production resources.
  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, or another complex B2B industry is preferred.
