Senior Marketing Coordinator
About the role
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for new service launches, from pre-opening through to service stabilisation. Develop tailored local area marketing plans that drive brand awareness, enquiries and occupancy growth. Partner closely with New Services, Area Managers and Service Leadership Teams to successfully position new services within their local communities. Coordinate community engagement initiatives, local activations and partnership opportunities to strengthen Nido’s local presence. Support Centre Managers and operational teams with marketing activities and community networking opportunities. Monitor campaign performance, enquiry generation and occupancy outcomes, providing data-driven recommendations to optimise results. Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while maintaining consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Requirements
3–5+ years’ experience in a marketing coordination or assistant marketing manager role. Demonstrated experience delivering local area marketing and integrated marketing campaigns. Experience coordinating multiple projects with competing deadlines. Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management and lead generation. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
