Responsibilities
- Possess and utilize web-based tools, contact lists, research, and other outreach methods to prospect for leads.
- Maintain customer information using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with Schneider’s commercial team to identify market needs in specific areas.
- Engage with the marketing team to create collateral such as campaigns and emails.
- Create business opportunities with prospective customers through lead generation efforts.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective executive-level customer contacts and sales leads.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Outstanding customer service and selling skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Must be located in either Green Bay, WI or Chicago, IL, though candidates from other locations may be considered.
