Key Responsibilities
- Help grow the product portfolio across the East Coast region.
- Map key markets, identify prospects, and build relationships with utilities, contractors, industrial buyers, and safety distributors.
- Partner with the US distributor to uncover opportunities, expand customer reach, and support commercial growth.
- Promote product updates, attend industry events, and identify complementary offerings that strengthen the portfolio.
- Maintain a clear sales pipeline, provide market insights to headquarters, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Map territories, assess key utility and industrial markets, and identify decision-makers to ensure strong national market coverage.
- Partner with the US distributor to align commercial strategies, uncover new opportunities, and expand customer reach.
- Secure new business with utilities, contractors, industrial buyers, and safety groups through tailored engagement plans.
- Promote the product portfolio through customer meetings, distributor sessions, product updates, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline, report market insights to headquarters, and collaborate with Operations, QA, and Technical teams to resolve customer needs.
Key Requirements
- Bring strong technical sales experience within utilities, PPE, industrial safety, or B2B environments.
- Communicate complex information clearly, build trust quickly, and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience working with distributors or channel partners will help you align commercial strategies and expand market opportunities.
- Be comfortable working independently, remaining responsive in a remote setting, and travelling extensively to engage customers nationwide.
- Bring 5+ years of experience in utilities, PPE, industrial safety, or B2B technical sales environments where relationship-building is central to success.
- Apply distributor or channel partner experience to support cooperative commercial strategies and market expansion.
- Work independently in a remote setting, remain responsive to stakeholders, and travel extensively to meet customers across regions.
- Leverage utility, EPC, contractor, or safety distributor networks, with electrical safety PPE knowledge and product demonstration experience considered advantageous.
