Key Responsibilities

  • Experience building and leading geographically diverse teams.
  • Proven experience managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple regions.
  • Oversees production of monthly marketing communications, shares best practices across regions.
  • Makes strategic recommendations to Regional leadership for marketing spend based on ROI data.
  • Tracks and reports on event results and continuously builds a list of events with the best ROI.
  • Manages key vendor relationships including but not limited to print and promo, gift cards, and business partners.
  • Manages the advertising/marketing spend to budget and provides oversight and reporting on funds allocation.
  • Completes routine sales and marketing reports, progress calls, and meetings with Regional leaders in support of marketing objectives and initiatives.
  • Daily administration and supervision of MDM's, including but not limited to helping drive results, executing regional marketing plans, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Works with MDM's to develop local marketing strategies and marketing tactics to support sales objectives throughout the year across the entire Retail Sales footprint.
  • Leads, motivates, and drives success through MDM's across Retail Sales.

Education & Experience

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $70,540.00 - $96,985.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
