Senior Manager, Web Technology | US | Remote

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $183,858 – $220,630 annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of the company.com into an AI-first platform
• Own the stability and performance of the marketing website
• Define clear operational standards and processes for web technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital user experiences
• Scale self-service capabilities for internal teams to manage website content effectively
• Manage and mentor the web development team to enhance their performance and technical skills

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in web technology leadership roles
• Strong understanding of AI's impact on web strategy and operations
• Proven track record of delivering reliable and scalable web platforms
• Experience with modern frontend technologies like Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to mentor and grow engineering teams
