We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove COVID-19 Vaccination Policy? That's likely legal/health policy; it's not part of job description? Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Vaccination policy is legal/health requirement; could be considered legal boilerplate. Probably remove it. Also remove "Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion" and "Beware of Scams". Also remove "Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus..."? That's part of compensation; we need Pay section if actual numbers given. There is a compensation offering range: $120,164.59—$158,617.26 USD. So we can include Pay section with that range. Also benefits: medical insurance, PTO, holidays, sick days, 401K match, comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus, additional benefits. So Benefits section. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule heading. Qualifications vs Requirements vs Skills: The posting includes "Job Requirements Include" with bullet list of education, experience, certifications, etc. Also there are skills like executive-level communication, data-driven analysis, etc. We need to decide how to split. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have About the role (first paragraph). Responsibilities (the day-to-day bullet list). Requirements (education, experience). Qualifications maybe overlapping; but we could treat Requirements as the bullet list under "Job Requirements Include". Qualifications could be certifications etc. Skills could be communication, influence, data-driven analysis, etc. However we must not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Requirements" section that includes education, experience, certifications, skills. But the instruction lists possible headings; we can choose to use only those that have content. We could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. That's five sections. That seems reasonable. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay range, so Pay section is valid. We must not include duplicated lines. Need to extract substantive info. Let's parse the posting: First paragraph: WelbeHealth is a value-based healthcare organization... (mission). Then: The Senior Manager, Vendor Contracting & Partnerships serves as WelbeHealth’s enterprise leader for vendor contracting strategy, governance, and partnership performance. This role owns the end-to-end contract lifecycle and establishes scalable standards, decision frameworks, and operating practices that strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and improve efficiency and stakeholder visibility to support WelbeHealth’s growth. Partnering closely with functional and executive leaders, the Senior Manager, Vendor Contracting & Partnerships translates organizational priorities into contracting and vendor strategies, leads complex negotiations, and provides clear recommendations on high-impact business decisions. This role is also accountable for shaping the vendor portfolio, identifying and evaluating potential partners, and building accountable relationships that improve operations and advance our mission. This role is different because the Senior Manager, Vendor Contracting & Partnerships at WelbeHealth: Owns enterprise-wide vendor contracting strategy and governance, combining strategic sourcing, complex negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and vendor performance to create scalable, efficient, and risk-conscious partnerships across WelbeHealthPlays a critical role in WelbeHealth’s continued growth by shaping the organization’s vendor portfolio, strengthening strategic partnerships, and developing contracting practices that support operational excellence, financial sustainability, and high-quality care We need to preserve all substantive info; we can combine into About the role paragraph. Next: "We care about our team members. That’s why we offer: Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days401K savings + matchComprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonusAnd additional benefits!" This is benefits. Then "On The Day-to-day, You Will Serve as WelbeHealth’s enterprise subject matter expert in vendor contracting, advising functional and executive leaders on contract structure, risk, negotiation strategy, and business tradeoffsOwn the development, standardization, adoption, and continual refinement of contract templates, playbooks, approval workflows, and governance standards to ensure the contract lifecycle is compliant, efficient, and scalableLead strategic sourcing and vendor selection for complex, high-impact needs, ensuring potential partners align with operational requirements, organizational values, and long-term goalsLead complex and high-value negotiations, balancing commercial value, operational needs, risk, service quality, and long-term partnership potentialEstablish and maintain scalable contracting operating procedures, governance standards, and service expectations, as well as monitor adoption and address gaps across the organizationUse portfolio, performance, risk, and spend insights to recommend priorities and improvement opportunities that strengthen business results and participant impactSet the approach for vendor performance management, including risk assessments, business reviews, escalation pathways, and joint improvement plans, as well as ensure actions and outcomes are tracked to completion" These are responsibilities. Then "Job Requirements Include Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, or contract management preferred; Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIP) or NVQ certifications a plusMinimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in strategic vendor contracting, procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in a complex, multi-state healthcare or senior care organizationMinimum of three (3) years of people leadership experience with demonstrated success building team capability, coaching performance, and developing future leadersExperience implementing and fostering adoption of contract management platforms (e.g., Jaggaer, Coupa, SAP Ariba)Executive-level communication and influence skills, with the ability to frame options, clarify tradeoffs, and build alignment across Legal, Finance, Technology, Compliance, and operational leadershipDemonstrated experience using data-driven analysis to guide decisions, assess vendor performance and risk, evaluate total cost of ownership, and communicate measurable business valueDemonstrated ownership of complex end-to-end contracting and vendor initiatives, including sourcing strategy, request for proposal development, negotiation, execution, implementation, performance management, and renewalAbility to travel to other WelbeHealth locations as needed." Then later: "We’re seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Vendor Contracting & Partnerships who is energized by complex negotiations, building high-impact partnerships, and creating scalable vendor strategies that strengthen operations. If you’re ready to join a team that values both its participants and team members, we’d love to hear from you!" This is fluff; could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's a call to action; maybe we can include in About the role or ignore as application instruction? It's not application instruction; it's encouraging to apply. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove application instructions. This is not exactly instruction to apply but encouraging. Safer to omit? It's not substantive info about role; it's fluff. We can omit. Then "Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications. Compensation Offering $120,164.59—$158,617.26 USD" We need Pay section with that range. Also benefits already covered. We should not include "Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus..." as separate; we can incorporate into Pay. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. Now produce HTML:
