Senior Manager, Transformation Office
About the role
CHANEL is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Transformation Office in New York. This role and team sits at the intersection of foresight and strategic visioning. This individual will play a critical role on the team to synthesize research, shape strategy, and produce the high-quality communications that move the work forward. This role interfaces primarily with the Transformation Office and may partner with the Insights team, the Procurement Team, and select divisional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic research and roadmapping efforts, helping the team track progress and maintain clarity on longer term initiatives
- Contribute to internal strategic action planning, including workstream coordination and initiative tracking across the transformation agenda
- Translate complex data, insights, and analysis into compelling narratives and visual storytelling for senior stakeholders
- Build polished, executive ready presentations (ie powerpoints, white papers) with a high standard of quality
- Serve as a flexible team resource, stepping in to support a range of workstreams and functional needs as priorities evolve

- Highly organized and comfortable operating a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Cross-divisional collaboration – working fluidly across departments with different languages, priorities, and structures

Position Logistics
Partially Remote: Role requires a minimum of three days in-person office presence at the New York Corporate office. 8+ years experience

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $135,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
