You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Position Summary

It is an exciting time to join Regal Rexnord! We are happy to share that we are hiring a Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing, to join our Global Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional looking to expand their experience within a large, global organization. The Senior Manager is primarily responsible for leading the development, implementation, documentation, and governance of Regal Rexnord’s global transfer pricing strategy. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage all aspects of transfer pricing in a complex multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the company’s global transfer pricing policies and frameworks
  • Lead transfer pricing planning initiatives related to supply chain transformations, business restructurings, legal entity reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property ownership and licensing structures, and intercompany financing arrangements
  • Evaluate transfer pricing implications of strategic business decisions and provide recommendations to senior tax leadership
  • Manage third-party service providers in the preparation, review, and maintenance of global transfer pricing documentation
  • Work closely with other Global Tax team members by leading transfer pricing aspects of compliance, provision, planning, and controversy matters
  • Support tax-efficient operating models while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field; advanced degree or credentials (CPA, masters in tax, JD/LLM, PhD) a plus but not required
  • 8+ years of experience in international tax, including significant expertise in transfer pricing
  • Big 4 or Fortune 500 multinational company experience desired; experience in a complex manufacturing industry is desired but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of various reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream) and tax technology solutions (e.g., OneSource Tax Provision, Corptax)
