Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing

About the role

Vantive is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to lead quarterly and annual profit monitoring processes, drive automation initiatives, and coordinate across global finance, tax, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual profit monitoring processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee entity profitability analyses.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, and Regional Controllers to ensure accurate posting of intercompany charges.
• Support and maintain audit-ready documentation for profit reviews and adjustments.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve data flow, reporting, and accuracy.
• Serve as primary liaison between global and regional stakeholders for operational transfer pricing matters.
• Ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and company transfer pricing policies.
• Aid in continuous process improvement and standardization of global TP operations.
• Support audits and internal reviews by preparing and providing relevant documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, intercompany accounting, or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and profit-level monitoring.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills; experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, HFM).
• Experience with automation or data-workflow tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate) preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables across global time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience with automation, data visualization, or analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, or similar) to improve efficiency reporting, or process scalability.
• Experience working finance systems to extract and analyze data relevant to transfer pricing and intercompany transactions (e.g., JDE, Blackline, FCCS).

Benefits

The estimated base salary for this position is $140,000 to $180,000 annually.
