About the role
Reference Point, an affiliate of RGP, is actively recruiting a Senior Manager to lead engagements for Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets clients. The Senior Manager will lead business development activities, client delivery teams, and formulate target operating models and advanced analytical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities across the Technology practice, grow new accounts, and deepen existing business relationships.
- Lead client delivery teams in the execution of complex engagements to provide exceptional results for clients' most challenging business and technology initiatives.
- Utilize prior experience and technical expertise to identify issues, advise on thought leadership, and build long-term business relationships through engagement delivery and networking.
- Formulate target operating models, new product strategies, and advanced analytical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with a top-tier consulting or financial services firm.
- Expertise in leading consulting projects centered around Information Technology and related fields.
- Skilled in collaborating with CIOs and senior technology executives to advance strategic initiatives.
- Track record of success in high-growth settings, including revenue growth, new product development, and progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Proficient in creating high-quality presentations and deliverables tailored for executive audiences.
- Extensive experience in the financial industry, whether in direct roles or consulting capacities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance).
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in consulting or finance.
- Experience in delivering complex technology and strategy engagements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
